2011 CBC Sign Ups

YOU MUST READ THIS:

1. There are no exceptions to this rule. In order to protect the anglers fishing and the integrity of the event there will be no refunds with the exception of qualifying at a previous event.

2. If you sign up for more than one event and qualify at the first event, you will be refunded for the remaining entries. If entries are in a different region, you will have the choice of whether to fish the event or get a refund of the entry fees.

3. Anglers qualifying for the championship finals in 2 regions will receive last place money for their second qualifying spot plus whatever money they earn with their finish at the finals. Example: if angler John Doe qualifies from Region 1 and region 2 and finishes 3rd the finals John Doe would receive third place money and last place money. This would also eliminate 1 competitor from the finals.

4. All anglers signing up will need a membership. Memberships are good for the Calendar year 2011.

5. There are no deposits for the 2011 season. If you want to sign up for an event you will need to pay for it in full. Due to anglers forfeiting their deposits due to not being on fish last season.

6. All 50 spots for each lake are open for entry. When the lake is full we will take a waiting list. Email us at CalBassChamps@gmail.com the lake you would like to be on the waiting list for. If an angler needs out of a tournament we will attempt to find someone on the waiting list to let into the event. Also, in the event an angler qualifies at a previous event, anglers from the waiting list will be offered entry to the event.

7. Paypal does accept Visa/MC even if you don't have a Paypal Account.

8. You will not receive an email from the CBC - your Paypal receipt of payment is proof of your registration and good enough to get you into the event.

9. If you are using a paypal account with a name different than the anglers name - please send us an email from the email address associated with the Paypal account that states the anglers name you would like that entry and membership to be for.

Refunds for Events not fished due to Qualifying:
If you sign up for more than 1 event and qualify at an earlier event - you will be refunded 100% for any event you signed up for following that event. Please do note that you may qualify for more than 1 regional this season!

Membership information: Every angler will need 1 membership for the season. They do not need a membership for each event, just one membership for the 2011 Calendar year.

There will be NO Sign ups the day of the Event at the Lake. Entering the option pot will be done only "at the lake". 2011 Membership $25 ===> All Entry fees Below $138 each - Deposits are $38 We are now accepting a limited number of deposits for each event (10 for each) Deposits are Non-Refundable except for qualifying at an earlier event. Deposits are Transferable Remaining balance due the day of the event.
